Residents of Windsor County, Vermont (preference for Bridgewater and Plymouth) who attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding, have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate financial need, work ethic, and community service may apply for the Red Hawk Environmental Consulting, Ltd Scholarship. Preference is given for community service related to the environment.
