About this scholarship

Virginia high school seniors with a minimum 2.75 unweighted GPA who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and will enroll in an ROTC program at a Virginia college or university may apply for the Virginia War Memorial's Rear Admiral Marocchi Memorial Scholarship.

Two $2,500 awards are offered for students planning military service careers beginning with ROTC.

Submit the application, certified transcript, and teacher or counselor recommendation to the Virginia War Memorial by April 26.
