RCF Helen Keating Ott Scholarship Fund

Richland County, Ohio residents or high school graduates accepted into a graduate program in library or information science may apply for the Helen Keating Ott Scholarship Fund through the Richland County Foundation. Applicants must expect to complete the graduate degree within five years of admission.
