Ontario Baseball Association 18U players pursuing post-secondary education in Canada or the United States who show community involvement, sportsmanship, and financial need.

One award of $3,700. Submit a one-page summary via the OBA application by June 1.

Established in memory of R. Jack Middlemass and his love of baseball and its athletes.
