Full-time students in good standing in the University of Windsor Master of Business Administration-Professional Accounting (MBA-PAS) program may apply. Preference goes to students who hold a degree or certificate from the Odette School of Business. Financial need may break a tie, or the award may be split.

One award is granted annually; the amount varies.
