About this scholarship

Current individual members of the Archives Society of Alberta who wish to attend meetings, conferences, or workshops related to archival activities may apply for Professional Development Travel Assistance.

Grants are worth up to $4,000 and cover transportation, accommodation, and meals on a cost-sharing basis. Funding priorities favor conferences directly related to archives, then those indirectly related to archives or allied professions such as records management, library science, or museum science.

Apply through the ASA grant program. Grants are not designed to fully fund conference attendance.
