President's Entrance Scholarships

Toronto Metropolitan University secondary school graduates who demonstrate academic accomplishment, leadership, original thought, and creative ability may receive the President's Entrance Scholarship. Twelve recipients receive $10,000 per year, renewable (up to $40,000 total). A minimum 90% final admission average is required (best six Grade 12 U/M courses, or equivalent). Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons, and international students are eligible. Recipients are also reserved a bed in residence (costs not included), limited to specified Pitman Hall or International Living/Learning room types.

Apply on AwardSpring with an essay or project summary (max 500 words) showing original thought and creative ability, two reference letters (one academic, one on leadership or creative work), and a record of leadership activities from the final two years of secondary school.
