Premier Undergraduate and Wesbrook Scholarships

For senior UBC Vancouver students with outstanding academic performance, leadership, and involvement in student and community activities. Eligible students typically rank in the top 10% of their year and faculty, have studied on the Vancouver campus for the two previous winter sessions meeting registration requirements, and are in third through fifth year of a baccalaureate program nearing graduation, enrolled in M.D., D.M.D., or J.D., or in the first year of a master's program (PhD and dual-degree PhD students are not eligible).

Awards range from Wesbrook Scholar designations of $1,000 each (20 designations) to renewable scholarships worth up to $20,000 over two years. Individual award amounts vary by year. Faculty invitation is required. The online application includes a personal statement, activities information, and two reference letters; shortlisted students may be interviewed.
