About this scholarship
Students enrolled in or applying to an accredited degree program in project management or a field that benefits from project management (such as science/engineering, hotel management, IT, pharmaceutical, business, construction, HR, or educational administration) may apply for the PMI New York City Chapter Scholarship.
One $2,500 award is available. First priority goes to PMI NYC Chapter members or immediate family (spouse, step-children, grandchildren) attending or planning to attend an accredited program in the Metro NYC area; second priority is the same membership/family group at any accredited college or university.
Completed applications with required supporting materials are scored on essay quality, academic performance, recommendation letters, and alignment of coursework with project management. Lobbying the review committee results in disqualification.
