About this scholarship

ASOR members or students at ASOR-member institutions who plan to participate in an ASOR-affiliated archaeological excavation may apply for fieldwork participation support.

Awards are $2,000, with up to nine fellowships available. Preference goes to applicants without prior ASOR or excavation funding.

Submit the uniform fieldwork application with excavation director contact information. A post-field report of 250-350 words and photos are due by September 1.
