U.S. students beginning their first year of full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university with a minimum 3.5 GPA and pursuing a petroleum engineering or related oil and gas degree may apply for the Phoenix Energy Scholarship.
One recipient receives a $15,000 award. Three finalists are interviewed before the winner is selected.
