About this scholarship
High school seniors, graduates, and current undergraduates who plan full-time enrollment at one of 17 accredited PGA Golf Management universities and intend to pursue PGA of America Membership may apply.
Recipients receive $8,000 for undergraduate study. Up to twenty awards are granted annually, including one designated for a candidate with international interest or experience. Awards are not renewable, but eligible students may reapply in future years.
Priority goes to students from diverse and historically underrepresented backgrounds. Submit a transcript and application materials through Scholarship America when the cycle opens.

- Golf Verification Form or three golf scorecards from rounds played within the last six months
- Application materials submitted electronically
- Golf Verification Form (or, if unable to complete, three scorecards from rounds played within the past 6 months)
- Official/current complete transcript showing student name, school name, grades, and credit hours per course with term info
- SAT or ACT score reports if scores are not on the high school transcript (college transcripts do not require separate test score submission)
- All required materials must be submitted electronically for the application to be considered complete
- Essay addressing future leadership and inclusion in golf.
- SAT or ACT score reports are required only if scores are not shown on the high school transcript.
- One award is designated for a candidate with international interest or experience.
