About this scholarship

Illinois residents ages 17 to 28 who identify as LGBTQ+ and are enrolled in or planning to attend an undergraduate, graduate, or continuing education program may apply for the PFLAG Council of Northern Illinois scholarship.

The award is an unrestricted $2,500 scholarship to support educational and career goals.

Applications open February 1 and close April 15 through the Kaleidoscope portal. Confirm eligibility based on age, residency, and LGBTQ+ identity, then submit all required materials by the deadline.
