Open to a full-time student in the Ted Rogers School of Business Management at Toronto Metropolitan University who has completed second year as a Real Estate Management major, is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person, is an Ontario resident, and demonstrates financial need and academic achievement through the highest grade in eligible REM courses (REM 300, REM 400, REM 420, and REM 520).
Award amount varies by course. Students may receive no more than two Peter Sharpe course awards plus the renewable award in any given year.
