Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Award

Open to an outstanding Practical Nursing student on the St. Lawrence College Brockville campus who has shown care and concern for clients while on placement at the Perth and/or Smiths Falls District Hospital and who plans to continue into a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

One in-year award is available; the amount varies.
