About this scholarship
Active Church of Christ members applying to Pepperdine Seaver College may compete for annual renewable Helen Young Scholarships awarded by Pepperdine Legacy Partners.
Each award is $5,000 per year. Only a handful are granted to the most committed Church of Christ students nationwide. Recipient count varies.
Submit the admission application, FAFSA, a Church of Christ leader recommendation, and the Helen Young Scholarship form by February 15. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA, stay active in a local Church of Christ, participate in PLP events, and submit a renewal application each spring.
Pepperdine Legacy Partners invests in Church of Christ students who engage deeply with campus and community life.
