About this scholarship

Applicants to Pepperdine Seaver College who are active members of a congregation traditionally associated with the Churches of Christ may qualify for an annual renewable award.

The award is $5,000 per year. Recipient count varies.

Submit the Pepperdine admission application, FAFSA, and a letter of recommendation from a Church of Christ leader (minister, elder, or youth minister) through the application portal by February 15 for fall entry or November 1 for spring entry. Recipients must maintain a 2.0 GPA to renew.

George Pepperdine was a lifelong member of the Churches of Christ, and Seaver College honors that heritage through affiliated student programs.
