About this scholarship
Non-Pennsylvania resident first-year undergraduates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and qualifying transfer students from Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia, may receive the Penn State Discover Award when they enroll at a Commonwealth Campus (not University Park or World Campus). Consideration is automatic from admission data through published spring review dates. Students must remain enrolled at a Commonwealth Campus; the award does not follow students who transition to University Park. Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete at least 24 credits per year.
