About this scholarship
Pennsylvania or Delaware high school seniors planning a healthcare-related career who demonstrate service to others may apply.
One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually toward a post-high school education program.
Submit an application, essay, two professional recommendation letters, and proof of post-secondary enrollment to meberhart@pamsonline.org by March 9.
Named in memory of Laraine Forry, who served the Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers with dedication from 1981 to 2015.
