About this scholarship
Pennsylvania or Delaware high school seniors who use or have used home medical equipment and supplies to overcome physical challenges may apply.
One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually toward a post-high school education program.
Submit an application, essay, two professional recommendation letters, and proof of post-secondary enrollment to meberhart@pamsonline.org by March 9.
Named for Julie Sullivan, the first Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Medical Suppliers, this award celebrates her legacy of compassion and advocacy.
