Pama Brantley-Phillips Scholarship

High school seniors from Saginaw, Bay, or Midland counties, Michigan, with a 2.5 or higher GPA pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree in special education may apply through the Saginaw Community Foundation.

Award amounts vary.

Apply through the SCF general scholarship application. Candidates are evaluated on scholastic record, financial need, leadership, recommendations, and a career-goals essay. The general scholarship deadline is the second Friday in February.

Established in 2001, this scholarship honors Pama Brantley-Phillips and her dedication to special education.
