Palmer Farley Memorial Scholarship

Long-time South Hampton Roads, Virginia, residents who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents may apply for the Palmer Farley Memorial Scholarship if they are pursuing the creative brand management track at Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter.

Eligible residents must live in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, or Isle of Wight County. Award amounts vary.
