About this scholarship

U.S. residents diagnosed with or treated for cancer or a chronic, life-threatening, or debilitating disease within the past five years may apply for undergraduate or graduate tracks through Patient Advocate Foundation.

Undergraduate scholars under 25 receive $3,000 per school year for up to four years. Graduate scholars receive $3,000 per year for up to two years.

Apply through Kaleidoscope with physician diagnosis verification, an essay on how your diagnosis has impacted your life and future goals, transcript, and acceptance or application list.

PAF is a national nonprofit providing case management services and financial aid to Americans with chronic and debilitating illnesses.
