Pada Memorial Award

Full-time Earth Sciences students at Laurentian University who demonstrate financial need may apply. The recipient must be a graduate of Marymount Academy Secondary School. If no qualified Marymount applicant is chosen, the bursary goes to a full-time Earth Sciences student at Laurentian.

The award is valued at $500. An application is required.

Established by the Pada family, friends, and associates in memory of Vishnu Pada, a CVRD-Inco geologist, and his daughters Brinda and Arti, who died in the Air India flight 182 crash in 1985.
