Oscar Soderman Memorial Scholarship

Worthy and deserving UBC students beginning or continuing studies in Forestry, allied fields, or Forest Engineering may be nominated for scholarships from the Oscar Soderman Memorial fund.

Scholarships total $4,300 from a bequest of the late Daisy Sidney Soderman. Individual award amounts vary. If no suitable candidates are eligible in those fields, income may be used for needy students in any year or faculty.

Awards are made on Faculty recommendation. There is no separate student application.
