Ontario Women's Health Scholars Award

For Canadian citizens or permanent residents pursuing women's health research at an Ontario university (master's, doctoral, or postdoctoral). Funded via the Council of Ontario Universities with Ministry of Health support.

For 2026-27: up to 2 master's awards of $25,000 (plus $1,000 research allowance), up to 3 renewable doctoral awards of $35,000 (plus $2,000), and up to 2 postdoctoral awards of $50,000 (plus $5,000). Amount varies by level. Apply through your Ontario university's graduate awards office by its internal deadline; forms and criteria are on the COU awards page.
