Ontario Learn and Stay Grant

Ontario residents who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons and enrol in an eligible health human resources program at an approved postsecondary institution in an underserved Ontario region (north, east, or southwest). University of Windsor nursing programs in the southwest region are among the eligible offerings. Recipients must commit to working in the same region where they studied after graduation and must not be receiving funding from BEGIN, Better Jobs Ontario, or the Skills Development Fund.

The grant covers tuition, compulsory fees, books, and other direct educational costs. Amount varies. Apply through OSAP; you can also apply for OSAP for living costs. You must apply each year to continue receiving the grant.
