About this scholarship
Students residing in Ohio or attending an Ohio-based water-industry-related program may apply for one of 12 OAWWA scholarships. Part-time students in water-related fields are eligible. Current committee members or their immediate families, and state governing board members or their immediate families, are not eligible.
Twelve scholarships are awarded each year; award amounts vary. Recipients may not receive more than two awards within a ten-year period. Funds are paid directly to the recipient's school.
Submit a personal statement on career goals in Ohio's drinking water sector, one letter of recommendation, and a transcript in a single online session (no save-and-return). If selected, provide a current invoice so payment can be processed to your school.
