About this scholarship
New York State residents who are or were active in a fair that is a member of the New York State Association of Agricultural Fairs (NYSAAF) or the New York State Showpeople's Association (NYSSA), and who plan to attend or are attending college, may apply for NYSAAF and NYSSA scholarships. Applicants must be high school seniors or current college students pursuing a degree and must enroll full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or technical school.
Awards of up to $1,500 are offered (up to 11 awards). Applicants may submit only one application per program.
The application must be endorsed and forwarded by a local member fair or by NYSSA, with materials due by the second Friday in April.
