High school seniors in Pennsylvania's Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, or Wyoming counties, or NTHA members, who are accepted to a technical school, college, or university and plan to study community/urban forestry, arboriculture, or a related forestry field may apply.
