About this scholarship
Students attending or planning to attend HACC, Harrisburg Area Community College, with a connection to organ or tissue transplantation or kidney disease treatment may apply through the HACC Foundation scholarship portal.
Award amounts vary. Preference goes to transplant recipients or donors, their immediate family members, transplant candidates, and medical professionals treating kidney or organ failure who are advancing in the field.
Complete the general scholarship application, answer supplemental transplant-related questions, and submit a brief 300-word essay describing your connection to transplantation or kidney disease care.
The Fore Kidney's Sake Foundation established this memorial scholarship to support HACC students affected by organ transplantation and kidney disease.
