About this scholarship
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons studying part-time (under 60% of a full course load) in a University of Toronto certificate, diploma, or degree program may apply for the Noah Meltz Special Bursary Program. Academic Bridging Program students are included. Applicants must meet income thresholds, make satisfactory academic progress, and not receive full-time student aid for the same term.
Eligible students receive a non-repayable grant covering tuition for up to two credits in the Fall/Winter session (up to one credit per term) and up to one credit in the Summer session, plus set support for books, transportation, and childcare if applicable. Apply online for the Meltz bursary; Enrolment Services may also compare results with Part-Time OSAP to determine the best funding mix.
