About this scholarship
Citizens of all countries except Turkey may apply for fully funded study at Turkish universities. US and Canadian applicants compete in the same international pool for associate, bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and research tracks.
Coverage includes university placement, tuition, one-year Turkish language course, accommodation, monthly stipend (4,500 TL undergraduate, 6,500 TL master's, 9,000 TL doctoral), health insurance, and a one-time flight ticket.
Apply online free through the Türkiye Scholarships Application System (TBBS). The 2026 general call ran 10 January through 20 February 2026.
Administered by YTB to attract international students to Turkish higher education.
