Sons of Italy Western Foundation Academic Scholarship

Graduating high school seniors who are wholly or partially of Italian descent and enrolling in an accredited college, university, community college, or trade school in fall 2026 may apply for Western Foundation scholarships.

Academic awards range from $500 to $5,000. Separate categories also cover Italian language study grants in Italy and career-education/trade-school paths for the same graduating class.

Completed PDF applications must be postmarked by March 1. Forms are downloadable from the Grand Lodge of California website or available through high school guidance offices.

The Sons of Italy Western Foundation is the scholarship program of OSDIA's Grand Lodge of California, one of the largest state-lodge scholarship operations in the Italian-American fraternal network.
