About this scholarship
Second- and third-year U.S. law students at ABA-accredited schools may submit an original essay on a consumer protection or data privacy issue. Antitrust-only topics are not accepted.
First place receives $5,000 plus conference registration and travel; second and third receive $3,000 and $2,000. The top essay may be published by the ABA.
Entries are due by midnight CST in early February each year. The 2026 winners were announced when checked in July 2026.
