About this scholarship
Full-time accounting students at Pennsylvania colleges may apply through the Pennsylvania CPA Foundation for merit, access, or community college scholarships. Academic Merit awards require intermediate accounting completed, 45+ credits, and a 3.4 GPA; Access and Development and Community College tracks require 30+ credits and a 3.0 GPA with financial need for access awards. The foundation awarded about $90,000 to college students in 2025 across multiple categories. Applications open each January and winners are announced in July. PICPA free student membership is encouraged for pipeline access.
