Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council Scholarship

Members and dependents of specified Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council local unions may apply for education scholarships. Three tracks exist: the George Vest Jr.-Richard S. Pepper Scholarship, the STL-KC Regional Council Scholarship, and the Southern Illinois Scholarship, each limited to designated local unions.

Award amounts vary by track and local union. Scholarships support members and dependents pursuing post-secondary education including college and trade programs.

Applications typically close June 30 annually. As of July 2026, all three tracks show closed applications with reopening expected the following cycle; Southern Illinois notes summer reopening.
