About this scholarship
Graduating high school seniors, GED holders, or students enrolled or planning full-time enrollment in a two- or four-year college or ASE-accredited collision repair technician program may apply through the AutomotiveScholarships.com portal.
Two $1,000 collision-industry scholarships are awarded each year in memory of Michael Busch. Staff of Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium sponsoring associations and their family members are ineligible.
Apply via the shared ASE Education Foundation online application by March 31 each year, including the career goals essay, references, and transcripts required by the portal.
Jim Busch, a former ASE board member and Washington collision shop owner, established this fund after his son Michael, an automotive technology student, died of cancer.
