Julie and Quincy Samora Medical Student Scholarship

RJOS student members enrolled in an accredited U.S. medical school may apply for support to attend the RJOS and AAOS annual meetings. Applicants must have passed USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK and may receive only one RJOS medical student scholarship during medical school.

One student is selected each cycle for meeting travel support and exposure to orthopaedic surgery mentorship and programming, including the AAOS Medical Student Program.

New RJOS student memberships must be submitted by August 31. Applications typically close October 15. Recipients submit post-meeting reflection materials for RJOS publications.
