About this scholarship
BIPOC students enrolled in state-approved pre-licensure nursing programs (ADN, BSN, diploma, direct-entry master's, LPN-to-RN, RN-to-BSN/MSN, or accelerated BSN) may apply through the unified FNSNA undergraduate application. Graduate study is excluded unless it is a first nursing degree.
Awards up to $10,000 are granted from the Johnson & Johnson Our Race to Health Equity fund among 100+ FNSNA undergraduate scholarships; funds pay tuition, academic fees, and books only.
One Kaleidoscope application due in late January each year (2026 cycle closed January 24). Requires unofficial transcript, financial aid certification, faculty certification, and race/ethnicity completion.
Funded by Johnson & Johnson through FNSNA to increase BIPOC representation in nursing.
