Illinois CPA Society Accounting Scholarship Program

U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled at Illinois colleges who plan to sit for the Illinois CPA exam may apply through one ICPAS application. Upper-level and graduate awards (including Herman J. Neal, Sikich, and Women in Accounting scholarships) range from $1,000 to $4,000 and require at least a 3.0 GPA. Separate freshman and community college tracks have later spring deadlines. The society awards nearly $345,000 annually to more than 440 aspiring CPAs. Upper-level applications are due April 1 each year; freshman and community college deadlines follow in May.
