About this scholarship
Full-time graduate students worldwide pursuing Armenian art, art history, architecture, and/or early Christianity may apply. Open to both Armenian and non-Armenian applicants. Candidates must complete a pre-screening form before receiving a full application invitation and demonstrate research interest in these fields.
A fixed award of $5,000 per academic year.
Applications open January 5 and close May 1; decisions post July 1.
Named for Helen C. Evans, longtime curator of Byzantine art at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, this AGBU fund supports emerging scholars in Armenian cultural studies.
