Han C. Choi Scholarship

First- and second-year law students nationwide may apply through the NAPABA Law Foundation scholarship application. The award honors academic excellence, leadership, mentorship, volunteerism, and interest in AAPI civic issues, with added consideration for applicants affected by cancer.

One recipient receives a $5,000 scholarship.

Applications open in spring and close before the annual GAPABA Gala where the recipient must accept the award in person. The 2026 application was closed in July 2026.

The scholarship is supported by the Choi Family through the NAPABA Law Foundation.
