Bob Baxter Scholarship

Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at a U.S. four-year college or university who pursue photojournalism may apply through the unified NPPF student scholarship portfolio. International students residing in the U.S. are eligible.

Named scholarships including the Bob Baxter award each pay $2,500, deposited to the student's bursar account or mailed by check.

Applications typically open in early December and close in early February via Picter; one portfolio submission is judged for all named NPPF scholarships.

Named for New Jersey photojournalist Bob Baxter, who established the fund before his death.
