Appraisal Institute AIERF College Scholarship

Sophomore through doctoral students at U.S. degree-granting colleges may apply if majoring in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate, or allied fields with demonstrated interest in appraisal/valuation. Full-time or part-time enrollment qualifies; applicants need a strong academic record and may receive only one AIERF scholarship per year.

The award is $1,500 paid directly to the institution for tuition only, to be used in the same academic year it is granted.

Complete the online application by April 1 annually. Required materials include a 200-word personal statement, resume (internship experience preferred), college transcripts, and two recommendation letters attesting to work ethic and appraisal career interest.
