ACES Merv Aubespin Scholarship

Undergraduate or graduate students who have completed at least one year of higher education, are enrolled at the November 15 deadline, and demonstrate interest in editing careers may apply. Awards are made without regard to nationality or field of study.

The top Aubespin scholar receives $2,500 plus aid to attend the ACES national conference; four other ACES scholarship winners receive $1,500 each.

Applications open August 15 and close November 15 annually on the ACES website; finalists take a timed editing test in January.

Named for Merv Aubespin, former NABJ president who helped inspire the creation of ACES.
