Eligibility
About this scholarship
British Columbia residents enrolled full time in eligible post-secondary arts programs or half-day pre-professional high school dance programs may apply. Students should be committed to developing an independent artistic practice toward a career in the arts and culture sector.
Scholarships provide $3,000 per term of full-time study, up to a maximum of $6,000 for two terms in the covered academic year.
Applications are submitted through the BC Arts Council Grant Management System. New applicants must register by April 22, 2026, and apply by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on April 29, 2026. The page showed the 2026 intake closed in July 2026.
The BC Arts Council, a provincial agency, funds this program to support the next generation of B.C. artists and arts administrators.
