About this scholarship
Citizens or refugees of Commonwealth countries may apply for a two-year master's in a low- or middle-income Commonwealth country other than their home country. Canadian citizens qualify; US citizens are not eligible because the United States is not a Commonwealth member. Applicants need a minimum 2:1 undergraduate equivalent.
The award covers full tuition, a living stipend for the award period, return economy flights, a one-off arrival allowance, and a research support grant on approved request.
Apply through the ACU myACU portal during one of two annual cycles (November to December or March to June), selecting an eligible university and course listed for that cycle. You must also apply for admission to the host university.
QECS is funded through the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan endowment managed by the ACU.
