John Willoughby Scholarship Fund

BC Interior students entering or continuing post-secondary study may apply for the John Willoughby Scholarship through BCICF's online student awards portal. Full eligibility criteria appear in the application form. Awards are competitive and paid from an endowed regional fund. The annual online deadline is April 1. BC Interior Community Foundation administers the fund alongside other Kamloops-area student awards.
