Culture Quest

Yukon residents who have lived in the territory at least one full year may apply as individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses. The fund supports performing, visual, and literary artists developing work tied to cultural heritage, artistic capacity, or national and international presentation.

Applicants may receive up to $10,000 per fiscal year (April 1 through March 31) for eligible project costs. Priority areas include First Nations cultural expression, links between contemporary art and heritage, and preparing Yukon work for broader stages.

Application deadlines are January 15, April 15, and September 15 each year, with requests of $1,000 or under accepted at any time. The next standard intake after July 2026 is September 15, 2026.

Culture Quest is a Yukon Government arts fund administered in partnership with arts organizations such as the Klondike Institute of Art and Culture.
